Customer Service Representative

Summary and Objective

This position will:

  • Establish a good working relationship with existing distributor base as well as established customers, providing product and order status information.
  • Assure customer needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Create positive customer experiences through our core values of integrity, accountability, value creation, customer focus, team spirit, continuous improvement, humility, respect and drive.
  • Responsible for quoting of stock items as well as make to order materials in a fast paced environment.
  • Work with a team of professionals as well as 3 manufacturing sites for account management by geography.
  • Work with field sales representatives and corporate sales managers regarding special quotes, marketing initiatives, as well as resolving customer complaints timely.

Requirements

  • Basic math, computer skills, Microsoft office applications, ability to organize, prioritize and work under time constraints.
  • Professionalism and strong business communication skills.
  • High School Diploma with previous Customer Service experience. College preferred.
  • Experience in export shipments a plus.
